Frequent Questions

This section is a compilation of answers to the questions most commonly asked by our constituents. Just start by following one of the links below. If you can’t find the question you wanted to ask, don’t hesitate to contact us.

  1. We provide access to Minecraft, MinecraftEDU, and other software in a collaborative cloud setting. To read a more detailed description, please visit our Learn More pages.

  2. We will partner with any public school teachers, private school teachers, or home schooling parents or teachers. If you want to apply to be one of our clients, please fill out the Parent and Teacher request form.

  3. If you are a parent or teacher who wants to use our services, please fill out the Parent and Teacher request form.

  4. If you have ideas, we'd love to hear them. Please fill out our "Please Tell Us Your Ideas" form by clicking on the question. It is linked to the form which should automatically load.

  5. We have a responsibility to our community and our donors and work hard to ensure long-term sustainability of the organization. We make our IRS Form 990 available for review, as required by law. Visit our Financials page to learn more.

  6. Our organization takes its privacy policy seriously and takes steps to protect and ensure the safety of our supporters. We do not sell or otherwise disclose information about our volunteers or supporters outside of our immediate organization. This policy has no exceptions. We do not sell or exchange your information with any other organizations, public, private or nonprofit. For more detailed information visit our Privacy Policy page.

  7. If you are a teacher at a private or public school, a professor at an accredited university, or a homeschooling parent who is affiliated with a homeschooling network, then the cost is zero. You are welcome to make donations to our nonprofit company so we can continue to expand our services. At this time, everybody who works with Cloud Craft Classroom is a volunteer. We do not bring in enough money to pay anybody anything at this time. We are gracious our Board Members are volunteering their time, energy, and brain power to support this worthwhile cause.
